私たちが運営する作業所とグループホームでは、利用者の方が「自分らしい生活」を送り、「できること」を少しずつ増やせるよう日々サポートをしています。私たちが目指すのは、一方的に支援することではなく、利用者が自分の力で小さな成功体験を積み重ねるお手伝いをすること。
経験がなくても構いません。この仕事には、特別な資格よりも、「相手を理解しようとする心」や「一緒に頑張りたい」という気持ちが大切です。

“Discovering what is ‘possible’ together, nurturing ‘individuality’ together.” At the workshop and group home operated by Wakagiri, we support our users every day so they can lead a life that is true to themselves and gradually increase their capabilities. Our goal is not to provide one-sided support, but rather to assist users in building small, personal successes on their own. No prior experience is necessary.
