工房わかぎりは、主に知的障害者の方に働く場を提供し、日々の生活や作業を通して社会自立への援助を行っています。不況や諸事情で職場を失った人、いろいろな理由で在宅していた人、職場の就労時間が短いため補助的活動の場がもう一つ欲しい人・・・。 みなさんそれぞれに合った利用の仕方をしています。年齢も勤務形態も通ってくる地域も様々ですが、互いに認め合い協力し合い、仲間意識を育みながら、共に働く喜びと張り合いを持って、日々作業に取り組んでいます。

Kobo-Wakagiri primarily provides a place of work for people with intellectual disabilities, supporting their journey toward social independence through daily life and work activities. Some have lost their jobs due to economic downturns or other circumstances, others have stayed at home for various reasons, and some seek additional activities to supplement their short working hours at other workplaces. Each person uses the facility in a way that suits their individual needs. People of various ages, working styles, and areas come together, recognizing and supporting each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie.
