昭和42年に開設された筑波大学附属大塚特別支援学校の親の会「桐親会」を母体としてできた当法人。
長年にわたり、よりよく生きられるようにという想いのもと、障がい者の支援を行っています。

To truly experience it: the joy of working together with friends, and the pleasure of living vibrantly within the community. Our organization began as a parents’ association for the youth class of the Otsuka Special Needs School, affiliated with the University of Tsukuba, which was established in 1967 (Showa 42). For many years, we have been providing support to people with disabilities, driven by the desire to help them live better lives.
